My coaching is aimed at helping you become un-stuck through changing your mind-set and empowering you to be all that you can be. That’s when you start manifesting those things that just haven’t appeared in your life yet. Maybe you just need some guidance, perhaps you have read and watched so much that you don’t know where to start.

Email Package
Are you stuck?
Whether you are looking for a new mind-set or you are in need of some motivation when it comes to manifesting with the Law of Attraction and assumption.
What do you get? 16 emails in total. These can be used consecutively or saved and used over a six month period. This package is particularly useful if you are dealing with lots of things and want to work on them one at a time, or if you know that you will require some encouragement or advice over time.
45 Minute Zoom Session
This is particularly useful for those clients that really feel they need a face to face session. I generally ask for an explainer email first. Tell me what you want to achieve and I will come up with a plan that we’ll discuss and put into place via Zoom.
Zoom Session and Email Back-up
30 minute Zoom session and 10 emails that can be used consecutively or as and when you need them over a 6 month period.
Let’s get to the bottom of what’s holding you back or kick-start your manifesting journey. One half an hour call at the beginning of the programme where you can get it all out there. Tell me what’s concerning you. Don’t hold back! Maybe you’re new to consciously manifesting your life and you just need some guidance. I’m here to do that too.
Once we have spoken, the email’s can commence. You get two emails each week from Monday – Friday. You can cover as many topics as you like in your emails. There is no subject limit.
Individual Emails
Sometimes, we just need that extra bit of help. When you don’t feel the need for a full month of coaching, you might want to book a one off email or two.
Maybe you just need some guidance or support moving through your manifesting journey. Whatever it is, I can help.
