Who am I?

Evie Sparkes is my pen name. I write and coach under it.

You Must be at least 18 years of age to sign up as a member or purchase products from this website.

 

What personal data do I collect and why I collect it

I will only keep your email address on file if you have expressed an interest in my services. I will delete your details within 30 days if there is no follow-up or you do not wish to make use of my services.

 

My Members  Course

If you sign up for my online members course, your account will be left open to you for as long as you continue to pay a monthly subscription. I can leave accounts dormant upon request but I am only able to do that for 12 weeks.

Any emails you send to me are stored on a secure server and email history is deleted on an eight-week schedule.

I am there to give advice based on my own experiences but life decisions should always be taken after considerable reflection by the member.

 

Subliminal Purchasing

Subliminal recordings are purchased and downloaded directly from this website. You then have the choice whether or not to set up an account. If you choose to do so, your details will be held securely. I do not hold payment details. All payments are encrypted via the Stripe Payment gateway.

 

What I am Not:

 A Therapist. I am a life coach and certified LOA coach, but I am not a qualified therapist, neither am I a hypnotherapist or medical professional of any kind.

Should you purchase a subliminal or meditation from this website, you should consider it a form of entertainment.

 

This Service

I reserve the right to change this service at any point in time. I will not increase any member’s subscription amount. Your first payment is your contract with JRS Digital Ltd and as such your monthly bill will remain the same for the duration of your membership to my online community.

All  payments are taken by my umbrella company JRS Digital Ltd and this is what will show on your credit or debit card statement.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data that I hold about you, including all data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
